Drinks inspired by the summer colors and flavors. Summer is a season characterized by its warm colors on the sunsets, making the sky colored in magic. The best paintings and photographs are of sunsets, that's why the photography of the drink refers to this activity. \nIt is a refreshing drink suitable for those places with intense heats or the seasons of the year that are very hot.Perfect balance that allows the fresh elegance of La Terna Silver to be the center of attention with fresh and fruity flavors revolving around it.

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>

  • 45 ml. La Terna Silver<\/li>
  • 8 ml. Amaro (liquor)<\/li>
  • 22 ml. Raspberry syrup (1kg Raspberry & 1kg Sugar)<\/li>
  • 15 ml. Lemon Juice<\/li>
  • Tonic Water Top<\/li><\/ul>

    Directions<\/strong>
    In a bowl mix the raspberries with sugar to make a dough that is going to leave resting for 24 hours. After a few hours a liquid syrup will have been made mostly but with lots of fruit to take advantage of, which it's going to crush along with the liquid with something like a Chinese strainer or any kind of\nmortar, boil so that it homogenize and kill bacteria, being cold strain the mixture and we get a raspberry syrup from Very high quality and quite valid for expiration. It is bottled and refrigerated.<\/p>

    Serve in: Long glass.
    Method: Shake and strain into the long\nglass with ice.
