Ingredients

• 45 ml. La Terna Silver
• 8 ml. Amaro (liquor)
• 22 ml. Raspberry syrup (1kg Raspberry & 1kg Sugar)
• 15 ml. Lemon Juice
• Tonic Water Top

Directions
In a bowl mix the raspberries with sugar to make a dough that is going to leave resting for 24 hours. After a few hours a liquid syrup will have been made mostly but with lots of fruit to take advantage of, which it's going to crush along with the liquid with something like a Chinese strainer or any kind of mortar, boil so that it homogenize and kill bacteria, being cold strain the mixture and we get a raspberry syrup from Very high quality and quite valid for expiration. It is bottled and refrigerated.

Serve in: Long glass.
Method: Shake and strain into the long glass with ice.
Decoration: *Garnish it with a strawberry slice, lemon peel, and orange leaves.
