Description
Drink inspired by the colors and flavors of winter. It is characterized within the family of the milk drinks. Its La Terna Aged Tequila base plays perfect with its lactic freshness and warm flavors of having touched the barrel for a short time. Its main mixer is the Japanese drink commonly called Calpico or Calpis, it can be bought anywhere in the world and even make a homemade preparation of it. The texture is milky and pleasant for cold seasons in which punches similar to this are prepared.

Ingredients

• 50 ml. La Terna Aged Tequila
• 60 ml. Calpico*
• 10 ml. Flavored Syrup
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

*Calpico

• 400 gr. Natural Yogurt
• 300 gr. Sugar
• 30 ml. Green Lemon Juice
• 30 ml. Lemon Juice
• 5 ml. Vanilla extract
• Grated Green Lemon Zest (1 lemon)
• Zest of Yellow Lemon Peel (1 lemon)

Directions
Cook until the sugar is diluted in the yogurt, remove from fire and add the other ingredients, mix and let cool.

Serve In: Short Glass
Method: Shake and strain in to the short glass with ice.
Decoration: Garnish it with a fruit candy stick.
